What users can do

  • Tap Arrive to record one location stamp
  • Start work, add before and after photos and a short note
  • Pause with a required reason, then resume
  • Complete the job with the evidence the operator requires

Restrictions

  • Arrive never blocks work. Missing or poor GPS is recorded as such and the job continues.
  • No location is recorded on any step except Arrive.
  • Evidence rules come from configuration, and technicians can't skip required photos.
  • Location data is stripped from photos on upload.
