What users can do
- Invite office admins, desk staff and read-only GM users by email
- Add technicians by mobile number
- Change roles and deactivate users
- See who has multi-factor authentication turned on
Restrictions
- Office admins must use multi-factor authentication. Desk staff don't in Phase 1.
- Deactivation takes effect on the user's next request.
- Seats are unlimited and not billed.
- A person's office account and personal phone account are kept separate by design.
