Majed loses access to C-12 on his next request. Open requests stay with the desk.
His request history is kept according to the retention schedule. A future tenant of C-12 never sees it.

What users can do
- See units with occupancy, tenant, contract end date and open requests
- Link a tenant's phone number to a unit
- Record the Ejar contract number, dates and value, and optionally upload a copy
- End a link when a tenant leaves
Restrictions
- Contract fields are typed by staff and not checked against Ejar. No Ejar connection is planned.
- One tenant of record per unit in Phase 1.
- Ending a link stops access on the tenant's next request.
- No rent, instalment or deposit tracking. Ejar handles that.
