What users can do

  • Sign in with a mobile number and a one-time SMS code
  • Choose Arabic or English
  • Call or WhatsApp the office if the number isn't linked yet

Restrictions

  • Signing in does not grant access. Only an office-verified unit link does.
  • Code requests are rate-limited by number, network and device.
  • A recycled phone number never inherits the previous holder's history. The office must link it again.
  • No Nafath or email sign-in for tenants in Phase 1.
